Emergency first aid at work - 1day
HSE guided Emergency first aid at work course. This is a 1 day course taught by registered paramedics with years of industry medical knowledge and real life experience. Learn how to perform CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) on adults in cardiac arrest. Course also includes choking, seizures, wound dressing and lots more. Child and Infant CPR - 3 hours

Basic First Aid -2 hours
A lighter first aid course for those who don't necessarily need a certification but want to learn how to deal with some basic first aid problems they may face. Learn how to provide basic first aid care, such as treating cuts, burns, and bruises. This course is recommended for anyone who wants to be prepared in case of an emergency. Advanced First Aid including ILS- 3hours
Learn advanced first aid care, such as treating fractures, head injuries, and allergic reactions. This course is recommended for advanced first aiders and those who want to progress from Basic Life Support (BLS) to Intermediate Life Support (ILS). £90pp. Includes Certificate.
First aid refresher - Annually 2hrs
Refresh your CPR and first aid skills by taking a renewal course. This course is recommended for individuals who have previously taken CPR and first aid training and would like a refresher in their skill and knowledge. This is HSE recommended but not compulsory if your First aid certificate is in date. Price £50pp. Includes Certificate.
